Yo! My internet alias is Partonetrain, but you can just call me “Train”. I was born raised and San Antonio and am currently living there. I am 23 years old. I am AMAB gender non-conforming and my pronouns are “officially” he/him, but I do not really care how you refer to me. I try to refrain from divulging more details than that about myself for obvious privacy reasons.
My interests are relatively limited to the scope of computer science and gaming. I have played many types of games, but am most consistently “into” first-party Nintendo games (although what I’m playing on any given week varies a lot). I’m somewhat involved in the Minecraft Modding community as well. Also, I used to be really into competitive Smash Bros..
I created this website in April 2021 to put myself out there a little more, even if I have to use the alias. I have a whole lot to say, but didn’t have a good way to say it – until now! You can expect blog posts about games I’ve played, life experiences, miscellaneous media reviews, things I’ve made, and more.

What do you do?
My primary “professional identity” so-to-speak is a software developer. I won’t ever get into specifics for privacy.
What does the alias mean?
If I’m being honest with you, Partonetrain doesn’t really have a meaning. It started with just “Partone”, which were two mostly-random words that sounded good as a username when I was, like, 8. I added the “train” bit when some game or website I was signing up for already had a user named “Partone”. After entering Smash tournaments as “Train” and having been called “Train” by others in real life, that just sort of… became my name.
What Minecraft mods have you made?
A bit too many to list. Check out my CurseForge or Modrinth profile. Most-downloaded is Mana Gear, but my favorite is probably BotaniaCombat. Both Botania addons; I really like the design of Botania.
While not a mod, I participate in the Violet Moon Modding community, and you may know me from there.
I don’t actually play Minecraft all that frequently, and admittedly I am inexperienced when it comes to working with Minecraft’s code. I’m not an always-active modder like some internet people I know, but knowing how to fix a bug or two in someone else’s mod has come in handy!
Who do you main in Smash?
In Ultimate, I mained Young Link. He’s a very free-form zoner with lots of options and cool combos. I can already hear the groans about projectiles in the distance. Learn to block. :)
I secondaried Roy, and have a pocket Byleth as well as Cloud.
In P+, which I rarely play, I main Sheik and Lucario. If I got roped into playing Melee, I’d probably play Sheik as well.
